We don‘t leave your brand story to outsiders

How Much Does All This Cost?
We’re far less costly than most full-service ad/marketing firms because we are a permanent staff of two. We trim away non-essential elements of a marketing plan so you won’t pay for things which don’t contribute to increasing sales momentum. And when we buy media on your behalf, we forward the media commission or any trade discounts to you.
Sometimes clients need large-scale work but can not immediately afford it. When that happens, we show you how your project can be phased into affordable phases. We know how to separate work into free-standing phases without sacrificing quality.
Do you work on a per-project basis or only long-term campaigns?
None of our long-term clients ever thought that we’d be with them for so long, but they saw the benefit of working with us one week after another. Our clients remain with us for years because we’ve taken the time to understand their competitive advantages and then tell that story well.
What about SEO?
We develop your content by integrating good SEO practices from the start — this way your content is optimized for search engines and targets your audience.
With that said, we believe that focusing on your audience — providing relevant, informative content — maintains the integrity of your website and your business.
Your marketing situation may require an additional layer of paid SEO, such as pay-per-click ads. Other means such as social media ads, and email campaigns are options our clients have seen success with at significant savings over outside SEO services.
What if something goes haywire with one of your websites?
We consider a problem with your website to be a business emergency that must be fixed at once, and we do fix it at once. Websites are monitored for performance and security, and backups are performed regularly, and prior to updates.
How do you evaluate the results of your work?
We study results from the analytics we’ve placed on your website or landing pages and use these insights to spot user trends, issues, and opportunities for improving performance and engagement. This data can also help us discover previously unseen aspects of your market’s preferences.
Do you do it all yourself?
We do a lot in-house which means the creative, marketing, photography, and video all work together to serve your brand.
When appropriate, we may recommend an outside agency — those we work with and trust — to handle a portion of your project. This way we ensure the work stays focused, cohesive and on-budget.
